This condensate needs to be treated to remove the oil before it can be legally disposed of into the sewer. The Jorc range of oil/water separators separates oil from condensate, generated by compressed air systems.The SEPREMIUM 3.5 achieves efficient separation of oil from condensate by means of directing the condensate through various separation stages. Good for systems up to 3.5 m3/min (130cfm) capacity. These units are also available in a version that can remove Polyglycol lubricants which can quickly block other standard separation bags.As condensate flows in to the SEPREMIUM, the oil is filtered out through various filtration elements.The oil adsorbing elements combine various types of adsorption technologies to achieve less than 10 ppm oil residue values at the output stage.The SEPREMIUM 3.5 is designed to be versatile and compact, offering you installation flexibility.The elements are lightweight and replacing the elements is a quick and clean process.
