Each device on the system can have its own alpha numeric description and location for example “Call Point – Rear Fire Exit”. This description would be displayed should this Device have an alarm or first aid alert. Our Touch Screen Base Station also has a real time clock which is used for recording of data. If a device has something to tell the Touch Screen Base Station it will use the date/time to log this event which is then stored on the on-board 8gb SD Card. This can be retrieved from the USB port on the front panel.
